3000S Replacement Evaporator
Replacement 3000S evaporator per the terms of CellarPro's warranty.
If you need to replace your CellarPro evaporator under the terms of your warranty, please submit your order online. Your credit card will be charged a deposit of $1000 plus outbound shipping/handling ($95 via common carrier for curbside delivery).
When you are ready to return your original unit, please do the following:
- Complete the RMA form and tape it to the top of the cooling unit
- Pack the cooling unit so that it is UPRIGHT in the box
- Strap the box to the pallet
- Contact us to schedule a pickup
Upon receipt of the returned cooling unit in good condition, we will refund your $1000 deposit less the return shipping cost. If the returned item is damaged or has been mispackaged, mishandled or misused, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
