1800QTL - CellarPro Replacement Cooling Unit

Replacement 1800QTL cooling unit per the terms of Le Cache and/or CellarPro warranties

If you need to replace your CellarPro cooling unit under the terms of your warranty, please submit your order online. Your credit card will be charged a deposit of $400 plus outbound shipping/handling.

When you are ready to return your original unit, please do the following:

1. Complete the RMA form and tape it to the top of the cooling unit.
2. Pack the cooling unit so that it is UPRIGHT in the box
3. Affix the return shipping label to the box, and drop off the box at the nearest FedEx location. Make sure you keep the receipt with the tracking number.

Upon receipt of the returned cooling unit in good condition, we will refund your $400 deposit less the return shipping cost. If the returned item is damaged or has been mispackaged, mishandled or misused, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
