1800XT - CellarPro Replacement Cooling Unit
Replacement 1800XT cooling unit per the terms of Le Cache and/or CellarPro warranties
If you need to replace your CellarPro cooling unit under the terms of
your warranty, please submit your order online. Your credit card will
be charged a deposit of $400 plus outbound shipping/handling.
When you are ready to return your original unit, please login to your
account or contact us, and we will email a Return Merchandise Authorization and return shipping label to you.
The RMA must be completed and included with the return shipment.
Please use the same packaging to repack and return the cooling unit.
Upon receipt of the returned cooling unit in good condition, we will
refund your $400 deposit LESS the return shipping cost. If the returned
item is damaged or has been mishandled or misused, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
