Our Customers

Both commercial and residential wine cellars commonly use CellarPro cooling units. Businesses and enthusiasts alike rely on our knowledgeable team for advice on building and equipping spaces for wine storage.

We're just as comfortable providing tips for new wine collectors as we are talking to experienced sommeliers and technical contractors.

When working with homeowners, we'll walk you through the entire process of building a wine cellar, and help you size and select the appropriate cooling unit for your space.

On commercial wine cellar projects, we collaborate with architects, contractors and engineers during the early stages of the project. We answer your questions, provide cut sheets and installation resources, and make sure we understand your milestones so that we can meet your requirements and deadlines.

For example, we recently worked with Hill Built Construction and provided the wine racking and refrigeration equipment for a custom wine cellar. Afterwards our building partner wrote us to say, "Thank you for making my purchase a breeze. I really enjoyed the vast knowledge of your staff and the prompt responses for any questions I had."

Our professional-grade equipment is used by wineries, wine retailers, casinos, hotels, and restaurants around the world. Customers include:

In addition to our work on wine cellars, we also offer specialty refrigeration equipment for beer, furs, and AV equipment. In Severna Park, Maryland, after we assisted one customer in finding a unit to accommodate his beer storage set-up, he was pleased with the results: "I built a walk-in cooler out of a closet and found that the 1800XTS-B went to 43°. It's an awesome product. I had a few friends over, and we would just walk in and grab a cold beer. If you're looking to put a walk-in into your man cave, this is the product for you."

We encourage all customers, commercial and residential, to contact us during the planning and design phase, prior to demolition and construction. At that point, we can calculate the thermal load and identify the right cooling unit for your project.

While working with you, we will explain the installation requirements (such as placement, framing, ducting, piping, electrical, and/or airflow) and ensure that your plans properly take these factors into account.

By allowing for a cooling unit's placement and installation requirements early in the process, you can save time and money in the long term. So, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

On this site, you will find comprehensive information to assist you in planning for the installation of our systems. Look on each product page for links to resources on specific cooling unit models, including:
