Replacement 1800H Houdini cooling unit

CellarPro 1800H Replacement Cooling Unit (P/N Replacement 1800H Houdini). Please submit your order below if you need to replace an existing CellarPro 1800H cooling unit. Your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount shown plus shipping/handling. If your replacement order includes upgrades or accessories, we will adjust your order to include the cost of these upgrades.

Keep the pallet and packaging material when you receive the replacement cooling unit. When you are ready to return your original unit, reuse the packaging and attach to the pallet making sure that the cooling unit is upright, and do the following:

1. Complete the RMA form and tape it to the top of the cooling unit
2. Pack the cooling unit making sure that it is UPRIGHT in the box

• If you do not pack the unit upright, there is a very high likelihood that the cooling unit will be damaged beyond repair during return transit, in which case there will be little if any refund to you

When you are ready, contact us at 707.794.8000 x813 to schedule carrier pickup of the returned unit.

We process all refunds following the safe return and diagnosis of the original equipment. If the returned equipment is damaged or has been mispackaged, mishandled or misused, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Returned equipment must be shipped within 60 days, otherwise the refund will be forfeited.

Orders for cooling units not covered by warranty will receive refunds after deducting return shipping and the time and materials necessary to repair the returned unit.

Orders for cooling units covered by warranty will receive full refunds of covered parts after deducting return shipping charges.
