$120 deposit for CellarPro 1800 diagnosis service - creditable against our quoted cost to repair your unit, or against the purchase of a new replacement unit from CellarPro Cooling Systems. Must be less than 10 years old.

Repair Deposit for 1800 Units (P/N 16328). If you would like to return your CellarPro 1800 cooling unit for diagnosis and repair, and it is less than 10 years old, please ship it to the address below. After we receive the unit, we will send you an estimate for the cost of repair.

The repair deposit is not refundable; however, it is creditable against our quoted cost to repair your unit or against the purchase of a new replacement unit from CellarPro Cooling Systems. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If we determine that the issues are related to a component covered by warranty, we will cover those repair costs.

Ship the unit upright, with sufficient cushion to protect it during transit. Insure the package in case of freight damage during transit. Finally, write the CASE NUMBER on the outside of the box.

After we receive your unit, we will diagnose it in the order it was received and communicate our findings to you, along with a quote to repair your unit.

If your unit is over 10 years old, we will not diagnose it, even if it is returned to us. Please check with our team to verify the age of your cooling unit beforereturning the unit to us.
