Our manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping teams work in tandem at our facility in Petaluma, California, situated in the heart of Sonoma County. We receive and stock components in our warehouse, build and configure assemblies, and pack and ship finished goods.

In the same facility, our research and development and engineering teams collaborate to create the most advanced cooling units on the market. They communicate closely with our manufacturing and customer service teams to address real-time feedback with product improvements on a continuous basis.

Also in Petaluma, our accounting, logistics, and customer service teams coordinate order processing, fulfillment services, troubleshooting assistance, and warranty coverage for all of our customers.
