Details

CellarPro 3200VSi Replacement Cooling Unit (P/N Replacement 3200VSi). Please submit your order below if you need to replace an existing CellarPro 3200VSi cooling system. Your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount shown plus shipping/handling. If your replacement order includes upgrades or accessories, we will adjust your order to include the cost of these upgrades.

When you are ready to return your original unit, save and reuse the packaging from the replacement order, and do the following:
  1. Complete the RMA form and tape it to the top of the cooling unit
  2. Pack the cooling unit so that it is UPRIGHT in the box
  3. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
  4. Contact FedEx to schedule a pickup.
We will process any refunds upon the safe return and diagnosis of the original equipment. If the returned equipment is damaged or has been mispackaged, mishandled or misused, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Returned equipment must be shipped within 60 days, otherwise the refund will be forfeited.

Orders for cooling units not covered by warranty will receive refunds after deducting return shipping and the time and materials necessary to repair the returned unit.

Orders for cooling units covered by warranty will receive full refunds of covered parts after deducting return shipping charges.

Replacement 3200VSI unit under warranty

This is my second attempt to send this review - the web-site closed before I could send the first.

Through no fault of yours, the delivery of my replacement 3200VSI was delayed due to the non-availability of a UPS truck here in San Antonio on Friday afternoon Sep 16th, and again on Monday Sep 19th. Luckily, I had access to a trailer - so I went to the UPS warehouse and picked it up. I say luckily, because I had already rented a 15' Material Lift for the job. Using the material lift made easy work for bringing down the original 3200VSI and again for positioning the replacement 320VSI up into the wall hole 9' above the floor.

The NEW replacement 3200VSI has been maintaing a steady 63 deg. F. liquid temperture during the past 2+ weeks. There was an annoyance that I never experienced with the original unit. The "HA2 Alarm" came on at least 5 times, first after the initial 23 hours, and again after 23 hour follow-up power reset. The intake temperature side of the unit ranged from 90 to 115 deg. F. (this is South Texas). During this period - I could not figure out how to adjust the unit settings to prevent this alarm from re-occuring when there was no problem accourding to the "What to do" suggestions. Intake side temperatures during the past week have cooled down somewhat - into the 90s, and the Alarm has not been a problem.

Since installing the replacement 3200VSI, the unit has run near constantly (other than when I power reset). The new unit has not been removing as much moisture as the original (with the same settings) - so maybe this is a pluss.

Meanwhile, I have not been notified if the original 3200VSI unit has been safely returned to your location. If it has, and if your technicians have had a chance to determine what caused the "NO COOLING" problem, I would like to know.

I am conserned about the unit's constant running, and would like any special instructions to prevent the "HA2 Alarm" from coming ON again when none of the "What to do" suggestions are the problem.
