IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION
We will make every effort to provide troubleshooting support, carry replacement parts and offer factory repair services to extend the life of your CellarPro equipment.
Unless the repair is done in our Petaluma facility, CellarPro does not guarantee that the replacement parts will resolve reported issues. It is possible that other parts will be necessary to complete the repair, and / or that the failure was misdiagnosed and the part does not need to be replaced.
The warranty on replacement parts is 1 year. This warranty applies exclusively to the part(s) that are replaced. The remaining term (if any) of the existing warranty will continue to apply to the other components of the cooling unit.
All service under our warranty must be performed by CellarPro or at a designated repair facility unless otherwise specified by CellarPro. Per the terms of our warranty, purchaser is responsible for:
- Removing and reinstalling the wine cooling unit from the wine cellar if necessary, and
- Shipping costs to and from CellarPro or to and from a designated repair facility.
