$175 deposit for CellarPro diagnosis service - creditable against our quoted cost to repair your unit.

Repair Deposit for Houdini / VS / VE / Split / AH Units (P/N 17812). To return your CellarPro cooling unit for diagnosis and repair, start by submitting this repair deposit.

Once the deposit has been submitted, please ship it to the address below. After we receive the unit, we will send you an estimate for the cost to repair your unit.

The repair deposit is not refundable, however, the deposit is creditable against our quoted cost to repair your unit. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the deposit cannot be used to pay for any shipping costs.

If we determine that the issues are related to a component that is covered by warranty, we will cover those repair costs.

Make sure to ship the unit UPRIGHT, with sufficient cushion to protect the unit during transit. Also, make sure to INSURE the package in case of freight damage during transit. Finally, make sure to write the CASE NUMBER on the outside of the box.

After we receive your unit, we will diagnose it in the order it was received and communicate our findings to you, along with a quote to repair your unit.

Please note: If you decline the quote, you may have us return the cooling unit (you would be responsible for the return shipping) or have us scrap the unit at no cost. If we do not receive guidance, we will scrap any unit received after 6 weeks.
