If you would like to return your CellarPro cooling unit for diagnosis and repair, please ship the unit to the address below. Once we receive your unit, we will send an estimate to you for the cost to repair the unit. If we determine that the issues are related to a component that is covered by warranty, we will cover those repair costs.

Please make sure to ship the unit UPRIGHT
, with sufficient cushion to protect the unit during transit. Also, make sure to INSURE
the package in case of freight damage during transit. Finally, make sure to write the CASE NUMBER
on the outside of the box.
Upon receipt of your cooling unit, we will diagnose the problem and communicate our findings to you, along with a quote to repair your unit. There is no charge for the diagnosis, and we will not repair your unit without your approval.
If/when you ask us to return your unit to you, we will generate a shipping label and use the deposit to offset the shipping charge. If shipping is less than the deposit, we will refund the difference. If shipping exceeds the deposit, we will contact you to request additional payment.
