Ordered replacement filters for my le cache wine cabinet on Monday morning with 1 day express delivery. It was promptly send to FedEx later that day but of course FedEx (fed up!) screwed up as usual and I didn't get my order until Friday. I called CS and they were empathetic and refunded my 1-day express delivery fee. I hope they were able to get a refund from FedEx themselves. Thanks!

I recently ordered a 2-pack of replacement filters for my cabinet chillers. After a little difficulty with the web site I contacted the company who promptly corrected the issue. The filters were immediately shipped and arrived quickly.

I ordered two packs of these (2 in each pack.) They were shipped promptly via USPS (as I live in California) and arrived in perfect condition. The filter material looks to be top quality and my cooling unit seems to be happy it has a new filter! :)

Easy filter to replace, but way to expensive. Could have DIY by going to Lowes or Home Depot and buying a regular furnace filter and cutting to size for a fraction of the cost.<br><br><b>Reply from CellarPro</b><br>Thank you for your feedback. BUT - every filter has different airflow ratings, and these filters were carefully tested and specified for use with our cooling units. At the risk of voiding your warranty, please DO NOT use an off-the-shelf filter without first checking with us to make sure it is compatible with our equipment.

We upgraded our cooling unit a few years ago and Cellar Pro was very professional and made the process extremely easy. We just ordered our second set of filters and are very pleased with the product and service.

I was concerned when I read other reviews that indicated the filters needed to be cut to fit, as I am not at all handy. These couldn't have been easier. Replacing the old filters was easy and they seem to work great.

New filters for my new cooling unit. Never replaced filters on my old unit which lasted over 6 years.

I recently purchase a model 1800QT cooling system with the owners manual suggesting purchasing spare air filters. They recommend changing filters every 3-9 months depending on condition. So spare filters were purchase so should one needs to be replaced they are here.

The filters are sized for the filter kit. Note that they appear larger to allow for full coverage under the filter frame.

This filter is easy to use and ling lasting! My unit is in my living room where there is little traffic! My filter lasted over a year!

I see other reviews saying they need to be trimmed but mine fit just fine. It does need to be stuffed in a bit,but that takes literally 30 seconds, and the tight fit keeps it in place. Works just fine. Would like to see them a few bucks cheaper

The pictures are misleading. Read the fine print, what you are buying is the filter only and not the metal frame. The filters don't fit the metal frame so you will have to trim them to make them fit. I would have paid more and gotten the filter in the metal frame had I realized that what is picture is not what you are buying.

Filters seem to work very well, as advertised. As noted below, the filter needs to be stuffed into its frame, which is not a problem, but perhaps a bit counter intuitive. I have not noticed any clogging of the intake coils on the cooling unit, so the filters seem to be doing their job.

I bought these with the filter kit. They look the same as the one in the filter. Beyond that, what can I say?
