CP 2000VS Cold Duct KIT Insulated RETROFIT #27109

CP 2000VS Cold Duct KIT Insulated RETROFIT (P/N 27109). This insulated retrofit duct kit is recommended for installations when the evaporator will be located in an unconditioned environment, and is compatible with the following cooling units:

• CellarPro 2000VSi / 2000VSx

Each duct is designed to attach to insulated 8-inch ducting (included) for cold air exhaust to, and return air from, the wine cellar, up to 50 equivalent feet (25 feet per opening). The exhaust exits from the top, and the intake returns from the cold side.

Kit includes:

• Insulated cold-side intake and exhaust duct hoods
• 50 feet (2 x 25 feet) of 8-inch insulated ducting
• Two 6-inch to 8-inch increasers
• Additional insulation for unconditioned environments
• Bottle probe with 10-foot cord
• Retrofit remote control display kit

This retrofit item is intended for cooling units that have already shipped and should be installed by a qualified local technician.

Important notes:

• The high fan speed setting MUST be used anytime the cooling unit is ducted
• The size of the ducting must not be reduced or restricted
• Use of a custom duct hood will void the manufacturer's warranty

• Attaches easily to the front (intake) and top (exhaust) of 2000VS refrigeration systems

• This duct hood is required when the cooling unit will be installed in unconditioned environments, subject to the limitations listed in our Low RH vs High RH Duct Kit Chart. In some cases, the conditions are too extreme for any of our cold-side duct kits.
• Use our ducting heat loss table and our duct correction table to correctly adjust the sizing of your cooling unit, because ducting will add to the thermal load of the cellar.
• Refer to our Bottle Probe Operating Instructions to correctly set the cooling unit depending on how you're using the Bottle Probe
